Freedom Social Policies
There are a few rules to keep our platform friendly and help our members feel safe to express themselves, these rules apply to any form of communication on the platform including but not limited to: posts, pictures or comments on personal pages/group pages or private messages.
- Always be respectful of others and their beliefs.
- Do not try to persuade others into your own beliefs.
- Do not criticize others for their hardships or life situations
- No obscene or vulgar language.
- No harassment, bullying, or slander.
- No sharing other peoples posts or personal information without prior consent.
- No public humiliation on other social media platforms about any other users or groups.
- No stereotypical or biased assumptions or statements.
- Do not judge or condemn others.
Bullying and heavy debates are strictly prohibited. This would be: -Arguments about religion, sexual orientation, race, ect.. -Disrespecting someone else’s religion (no matter WHAT religion it is), sexual orientation, race, ect..- directly to or in general. -No hate comments (or posts), name-calling, or any stereotypical bias. No member should ever publicly post or comment anything regarding their fellow church members or leaders without prior consent (whether they are part of your local congregation or not). If you have a general concern for any posts made, please reach out to us on our support page so that we can look into the matter.
Failure to comply with any of the above may cause you to have your commenting/posting privileges taken away after a certain point. (Your membership admin moderates this and will work with you on the matter. We do not believe we should “punish” people for what they do, as we are not God. But we can not continuously allow this type of hurtful behavior in a place that is supposed to be peaceful, loving, and accepting of others.)
If you are having a conflict with another user or group please visit our Report an Issue page.
